  1. The fresh issue of Profile is on it’s way to the printing house. While waiting, get a taste of what the future talent appreciates in an employer.

“An inventive corporate spirit is a must for a person like me, who solves people’s problems by designing new products. I also appreciate an open-minded culture that values different opinions. My boss should be able to inspire employees. My boss should also give me advice on how to design my career, improve my skills and understand my private life, to some extent. After I graduate, I’ll seek work at i.e. Apple, Google, Baidu, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, Alibaba. The location also matters: I want to enjoy the culture of the city and be close to my family.”

“What I value most is that the employer gives you your own sandbox to play in – that is, gives you responsibility and provides guidance in the background. Growth opportunities are a must so your own development does not come to a standstill. A positive atmosphere helps you work faster. It would also be great if the employer supported networking among employees and provided opportunities for employees to educate and develop themselves during working hours. I’d like to work for a smaller company with a good team spirit and lots of action.”
